About Our Bakery

The Grampa family debuted their storefront in 1957.  Years later, Ron Grampa’s father, an Italian immigrant, constructed the building to be the gem of Dania Beach.  

 

Grampa’s hit the national spotlight after appearing on the Food Network, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. 

 

Grampa’s will have some of their famous feel-good signature dishes.  

 

A pair of New York bagel-bakery cafe gurus, Marc Goldberg and Mark Fried, partnered up to introduce the best of the North to the South.  Between them, they have 75 years of experience in the cafe business both trained by master bakers. 

 

Marc Goldberg is the owner of eight, Famous Goldberg’s Bagels, located in the Hamptons with a celebrity clientele.

 

Mark Fried, is the owner of Bagel Boys and Bagel Girls, located in New York.  His expertise is baking the Big Apple’s most famous sweets.

 

Together they plan on bringing you all of their best products including their irresistible hand-rolled water bagels, Carnegie Corn Beef and Pastrami, and Grampa’s Southern Home-Style comfort foods.

 

Their roots are steep from the world of flour, water, and yeast.
